Man-rice
Omurice is a contemporary Japanese dish consisting of an omelette made with fried rice. The name is from omelette ( ‘Tortilla’ in French ) y rice ( ‘Rice’ in English ). Salered rice with chicken and tomato sauce and it carries tortilla and tomato sauce. Normally eats with spoon if not sticks.
