YAKI SOBA
Yakisoba, literally "stir-fried noodles", They are originally from China ( there it is known by the name chow mein ), but today they are entirely integrated into Japanese cuisine, just like ramen. Videos, Pork bacon, carrot, onion and cabbage are sautéed with special sauce ( soy sauce, SHE, ginger, chili and bean sauce ( Tobanjan ) and more ). Man-rice
Omurice is a contemporary Japanese dish consisting of an omelette made with fried rice. The name is from omelette ( ‘Tortilla’ in French ) y rice ( ‘Rice’ in English ). Salered rice with chicken and tomato sauce and it carries tortilla and tomato sauce. Normally eats with spoon if not sticks.
EDAMAME
EDA means mame branch means beans or legumes. Edamame is the Japanese name of the immature soybeans. This can be found in East Asia, como Japón, Taiwán, Corea o China.
