Katsudon is a very popular Japanese dish in that country, consisting of a rice bowl covered with a pork chop rebozada (Tonkatsu), scrambled egg and condiments. The dish takes its name from Japanese words Tonkatsu ( 'pork chop' ) y Donburi ( ‘Rice bowl’ ). *If you want more spicy, you can wear shichimi (Japanese chilli).
