YAKI SOBA
Yakisoba, literally "stir-fried noodles", They are originally from China ( there it is known by the name chow mein ), but today they are entirely integrated into Japanese cuisine, just like ramen. Udon is a type of thick noodle made from wheat flour, popular in Japanese food. Noodles with fish broth soup. Carry Wakame seaweed, Agetama fried flour.
