Katsudon It is a very popular Japanese dish in that country., consisting of a rice bowl covered with a pork chop rebozada (Tonkatsu), scrambled egg and condiments.
The dish takes its name from Japanese words Tonkatsu ( 'pork chop' ) y Donburi ( ‘Rice bowl’ ).
